We have a vacancy for a customer service star (Maintenance Controller) to join the team at Crewe head office to cover maternity leave.
Commencing 2nd June (or as close to this date as possible) and ending beginning to mid April 2015. There is a possibility that a similar position may become permanent.
Hours of work are 8.30am to 5.30pm and 5.00pm – Fridays.
The salary for the is position is £17,500 per annum.
The position entails:
- Processing customer orders on our service management system
- Scheduling maintenance works into engineer diaries and confirming these with the client.
- Updating Sales team diaries on system
- Maintaining sufficient stock levels of extinguishers, paperwork and spare parts for the engineers.
- Processing Redcare paperwork and orders, arrange transfers
- Producing monthly reports as required by Managers and customers
- Producing maintenance renewal quotations, chasing for orders
- Deputising for the Service Controller – organising call out visits
The candidate:
- Must be proficient with Word and Excel
- Must have a confident telephone manner
- Must be able to multi task and be able to manage time effectively.
- Ideally would have geographical awareness of the UK
- Ideally have knowledge of Sage
- Must want to provide the best possible customer service
- Must be able to work on own initiative and as part of the team
- Must be able to build relationships with clients, team members, suppliers and sub-contractors
The first month of this position will be spent training – this is a demanding and busy role!
