Procyon Fire and Security is pleased to have been awarded the contract to install a new fire detection and alarm system at Showcase Cinema, Bluewater Shopping Centre, Kent.

The Cinema is currently being upgraded to a Cinema De Lux.

The new fire system will protect the premises, staff and customers with a network of control panels from Advanced Electronics, interfaced to the public address system.

Smoke detection was chosen from the manufacturer Apollo, including black detectors for the screens.  The system is open protocol and comprises of over 600 devices.

The new detection system has been installed at a time to suit the customer operationally, meaning that the site has never been without full protection, and any inconvenience has been minimised.
